Fashion brand Mango is leveraging an AI-powered platform to significantly improve its quality management and supply chain efficiency. This technology synchronizes testing processes across various product categories, converting all results into standard data. This enables Mango to access a centralized analytical system, which in turn enhances supply chain operations and supports its long-term sustainable development strategy.
"The platform provides Mango with a comprehensive view of all testing activities", stated Antonio Leon de la Barra Rocha, Vice President of Strategy, Growth, and Innovation at Inspectorio. By centralizing data from multiple laboratories into one system, the tool allows Mango to exert greater control over a critical component of its quality management and compliance program.

The implementation of this system began early this year, with thousands of tests already completed. While the initial phase is complete, Inspectorio noted that both parties see many opportunities for future feature expansion.
Previously, Mango relied on receiving completed test reports manually, then working with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies. Now, the company can monitor the entire process digitally, from initiating test requests and execution to generating reports and developing corrective action plans collaboratively with its partners.
Over six years of collaboration, Mango has utilized Inspectorio's system to manage testing requests, results, and compliance documentation for hundreds of suppliers. The fashion brand oversees 100% of its audit programs, encompassing both third-party and in-factory self-audits, through this platform. It also employs performance analytics to reduce quality errors and associated costs.
"This marks just the beginning of our expanded cooperation with Mango", an Inspectorio representative commented. "Once product compliance data is integrated into the platform, we will extend our support to areas such as supplier management, production progress monitoring, supply strategy optimization, and beyond".
