According to Techcom Life's CEO, Vietnam's life insurance sector is undergoing a transformation. Customers increasingly demand transparency, simplicity, and tangible value in financial protection products.

"To reimagine the insurance sector, technology and data play a pivotal role," Pilania stated. "We aim to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to bring transparency, simplicity, and real value to customers, empowering them to own their future through smart, personalized solutions."

A Techcom Life representative stated that the company will redefine the insurance experience in the upcoming period. This involves integrating protection solutions into each family's financial journey and utilizing AI to provide real-time data analytics, helping customers confidently grow and strengthen their financial foundation.

The CEO emphasized that Techcom Life's strategy will focus on developing easy-to-understand insurance products with clear benefits, coupled with services tailored to actual customer needs. The company also aims to leverage AI and data to personalize protection solutions, while automating certain underwriting and claims processes to shorten processing times.

Additionally, Techcom Life announced it will continue to develop its governance framework to international standards. It will also leverage Techcombank's digital infrastructure to integrate insurance services into the financial ecosystem, offering customers more convenient access to protection solutions.

Techcom Life is a life insurance member of Techcombank's financial ecosystem, dedicated to developing insurance solutions integrated with customers' comprehensive financial journeys. The Ministry of Finance granted its establishment license in 7/2025, and it officially launched in 9/2025, signing a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Techcombank.

With the goal of "reimagining the insurance industry, empowering financial autonomy," Techcom Life focuses on building insurance solutions linked to three core needs: health protection, financial stability, and enhanced quality of life. These solutions are designed to be transparent and simple, contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnam's life insurance market.
