Novagroup to host talent recruitment event

Novagroup is set to host its "Novagroup talent workshop" on 18/4, with plans to expand its workforce and target 40,000 employees by 2030.

The event, themed "A proving ground for talent", will take place at Galleria Center, 2Bis Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, TP HCM. It aims to recruit across various fields, with open positions ranging from specialists and experts to management levels. Recruitment efforts will focus on project operations, business, service, and support functions.

A highlight of the program is the "direct interview - quick feedback" model. This approach allows candidates to meet leaders and specialized managers, participate in on-site interviews, and significantly shorten the recruitment process. According to a company representative, this helps applicants actively seize opportunities directly at the event, rather than enduring lengthy traditional procedures.

Beyond recruitment, the workshop will feature panel discussions with leaders and employees who have supported the company through challenging periods. These sessions will offer candidates practical insights into the work environment, competency requirements, and potential career development paths within NovaGroup.

The workshop's timing aligns with NovaGroup's observed signs of recovery following a restructuring phase. In the real estate sector, Novaland is accelerating progress on projects such as The Grand Manhattan, Victoria Village, Aqua City, NovaWorld Phan Thiet, and NovaWorld Ho Tram. This rapid development, coupled with the expansion of member units in the service and consumer segments, creates a substantial demand for human resources during this accelerated growth phase.

Specifically, Nova Service Group continues to develop its tourism-entertainment ecosystem, which includes 15 member units serving over 20,000 guests daily. Concurrently, Nova Consumer Group is nearing completion of its closed agricultural-consumer value chain. These significant transformations are driving new staffing needs for the company's next phase of growth.

According to a company representative, NovaGroup's work environment emphasizes "practical application". Employees are given opportunities to participate directly in large-scale projects with rapid implementation, fostering hands-on experience and skill development.

The group also supports employee growth by implementing nearly 300 training classes, totaling over 35,000 hours annually. It offers clear development paths, such as "talent officer" and "super talent officer" programs, designed to accelerate promotion times for high-performing personnel. Furthermore, NovaGroup provides a competitive benefits policy, along with various perks within its service ecosystem.

The company is also accelerating its digital transformation efforts with an "AI-First" approach. This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall working experience for its employees.

The "NovaGroup talent workshop one - 2026" is anticipated to provide a valuable opportunity for candidates to explore the work environment, while also enabling the company to recruit essential talent for its upcoming development phase.
