On 19/7, Nguyen Kim held the "Nguyen Kim Brandzone 2025" event with the theme "Nguyen Kim since 1992 – Leading the AI technology experience" at the Nguyen Kim Tran Hung Dao shopping center in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The event attracted over 2,000 attendees.

The event marks Nguyen Kim's progress in creating a retail center with a practical AI experience zone (Brandzone AI) within the electronics industry. Visitors had the opportunity to engage with leading smart solutions from tech giants like Samsung, Toshiba, TCL, Aqua, and Comfee. All were displayed and operated as they would be in a home, providing a realistic shopping experience.
Visitors explored and interacted using voice commands with an AI refrigerator that suggests recipes and alerts users about expiring food, an AI washing machine that automatically identifies fabric types and optimizes wash cycles, an AI air conditioner controlled by Vietnamese voice commands even without an internet connection, and an AI television that adjusts brightness and picture based on the surrounding environment.

The event also featured other engaging activities: an AI photo booth that automatically identifies styles and creates realistic virtual photos, and an AI bar where users describe their mood and receive a customized drink.
Numerous lively mini-games were held throughout the brand's display areas, with over 2,000 gifts for participants. Attendees could also answer product-related questions to earn additional turns at a claw machine, check in to receive gifts, or enjoy a cooking space and sample delicious dishes prepared using AI appliances.
"All of this creates a multi-sensory technology space where AI is no longer a distant, high-tech concept but an essential, accessible, and familiar part of everyday life," a Nguyen Kim representative said.

The event was also marked by the presence of leaders from top brands: Samsung, Toshiba, Hitachi, LG, Sony, Panasonic, Daikin, Delonghi, Tefal, and Cuckoo, confirming the global appeal of Nguyen Kim's new user-centric strategy.
"We believe that the journey of bringing AI closer to every Vietnamese family will not be successful without the collaboration of strategic partners to spread the smart living experience to consumers," a Nguyen Kim representative stated.
