Heineken Vietnam's Da Nang factory, located in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, is one of the company's five nationwide facilities. This factory plays a crucial role in supplying products to the Central Vietnam market.
Last July, Heineken Vietnam launched a factory tour program, offering business partners a direct opportunity to observe its fully automated, closed production line. Every stage, from brewing and fermentation to quality control, strictly adheres to global Heineken standards. A key highlight of the tour was the chance to witness the factory's newest, modern canning line, which operates at a capacity of 130,000 cans per hour.

According to a company representative, organizing these tours provides partners with a clearer insight into the production process. It also helps them understand the stringent quality standards applied to the products they distribute in the market.
Tran Anh Dung, owner of a restaurant in Hue City, shared his impressions after his first visit to the factory. He expressed being impressed by the facility's modern scale and the professional operation of every process. This includes the central digital control system, stringent checks at each production stage, and the automated robot system for arranging products into packages.

Tran Nguyen Chan Tin, owner of a beer business in Hue, stated that directly observing the production line for the beer products he sells helped him understand Heineken's operational standards. "For a long time, I only drank beer, but now I truly understand how it's produced. The closed, automated, and modern production line is truly impressive", Tin said.
Pham Nguyen Thanh Nhan, Regional Sales Director for Hue - Quang Tri - Quang Binh, affirmed that these practical experiences at the factory have strengthened the bond between Heineken Vietnam and its business partners.
Heineken Vietnam's development stems from the continuous support and partnership of its business partners and customers. Therefore, the collaboration with partners in business operations serves as a vital bridge to customers. "The factory tour not only helps partners better understand the production process and quality commitments, but also creates an opportunity for mutual exchange and enhanced cooperation between both parties", Nhan stated.

Beyond being an experiential activity, the program also served as an opportunity for Heineken Vietnam to meet and engage with business partners in Central Vietnam. This allowed the company to listen to their feedback and share its future development directions.
In addition to upgrading production capacity at the Da Nang factory over recent years, Heineken Vietnam has implemented various solutions to support partner business operations. These include: updating market information, management policies, tax policies, and developing digital platforms for order placement, order management, and inventory control.

Furthermore, the company continuously invests in expanding and upgrading the Da Nang factory, thereby enhancing its production and supply capabilities for the region. Heineken Vietnam also organizes numerous commercial activities, disseminating development values, aiming for the overall development of Vietnam and its people.
A brand representative stated that Heineken Vietnam's spirit of partnership and shared development is realized through its expanding network of partners. This network includes large, medium, and small enterprises, suppliers, and domestic partners. Nationwide, Heineken Vietnam's operations currently contribute to creating approximately 167,000 job opportunities, contributing about 0,5% of the GDP, and allocating nearly 22 trillion VND for domestic procurement, accounting for 82% of its total purchasing value. This significantly boosts the development of the domestic business ecosystem. The company believes this forms a foundation for continued collaboration with partners and contributions to the growth of Vietnam's business landscape.
