The Fortune Southeast Asia 500 ranking, featuring the 500 largest enterprises in Southeast Asia, was announced on the morning of 16/6, marking PNJ's third consecutive inclusion on this list.
The Fortune Southeast Asia 500 is Fortune's annual ranking, assessing the 500 largest companies in Southeast Asia based on their revenue from the most recent fiscal year. According to Fortune, the ranking reflects the region's growing role in global supply chains, the shift in investment flows, and companies' adaptability to economic fluctuations.

Despite the jewelry industry being impacted by fluctuating gold prices, raw material supply, and cautious consumer spending, PNJ maintained positive business results.
In 2025, the company recorded revenue of 35,410 billion dong, exceeding its annual plan by 12%. Post-tax profit reached 2,828 billion dong, a 34% increase year-on-year, surpassing the set target by 44% and marking the highest level since its establishment.
This growth momentum continued into Q1/2026. Net revenue reached 17,245 billion dong, while post-tax profit was 1,467 billion dong, increasing by 79% and 116.5% respectively year-on-year.
Beyond its business results, PNJ continues to invest in enhancing customer experience and increasing brand value. Its system of 430 stores nationwide, featuring diverse models, also helps expand consumer access.
A PNJ representative stated that each development stage brings lessons in resilience and choice. Amid numerous challenges, the company prioritizes tight operations, cautious strategic decisions, and sensitivity at every customer touchpoint. According to the company, these factors contributed to the highest business results in its operating history.
This year, the company aims for revenue of 48,660 billion dong and post-tax profit of 3,409 billion dong, increases of 37% and 21% respectively compared to 2025. The company expects growth from expanding its retail system, enhancing product design and development capabilities, optimizing the supply chain, and improving customer experience.

Alongside its business objectives, PNJ stated it will continue to develop a Lifestyle ecosystem with new business segments to reach diverse customer groups. The company also continues to place sustainable development at the core of its management strategy by integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into its long-term strategy, while also focusing on human resource development and community-oriented activities.

According to the company, its three consecutive years in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 reflects its positive business results, sustainable growth orientation, innovation capabilities, and the aspiration of Vietnamese enterprises to reach new heights.
