Prudential Vietnam named a top reputable insurance company for 10 consecutive years

Prudential Vietnam has been honored by Vietnam Report as one of the top 10 reputable insurance companies in 2026, a recognition based on its financial capacity, media reputation, and trust from customers and partners.

The ranking of the top 10 reputable insurance companies in 2026 is an independent, objective study by Vietnam Report, published annually since 2016. Vietnam Report develops this ranking using the Media Coding method, which involves analyzing media data, combined with in-depth research across key sectors with high growth potential, such as: real estate - construction, insurance, pharmaceuticals, technology, food - beverages, retail, tourism, and logistics.

In 2025, Prudential Vietnam paid nearly 16,500 billion VND in insurance benefits and other compensation. The company also maintained a solvency ratio above 200%, exceeding legal requirements. This indicator demonstrates the company's resources to fulfill obligations arising from insurance contracts.

Currently, Prudential protects over 2,3 million people through its network of general agency offices and 6 bank partners nationwide. The combination of these distribution channels helps the company expand customer reach and serve diverse financial protection needs.

Beyond business results, the company maintains community programs focused on financial education, healthcare, and enhancing climate change adaptation. During the 2024-2026 period, the company invested over 32 billion VND in these activities, supporting more than 100,000 people in various localities.

Ms. Le Huong Ly, deputy general director of legal, communications, and external affairs at Prudential Vietnam, stated that trust is built on consistency between commitment and action. "Service quality, the fulfillment of benefits, and the value brought to the community are factors that help maintain long-term relationships with customers", she added.

"Prudential Vietnam's recognition as one of the top 10 reputable insurance companies for 10 consecutive years acknowledges our journey of building trust and sets higher expectations for the path ahead", Ms. Ly said.

This year's results are announced as the insurance market adjusts towards greater transparency in products, consultation processes, and commitment fulfillment. Changes in policyholders' expectations also place higher demands on service quality and the ability of each company to maintain stable operations.

In the insurance sector, reputation is directly linked to fulfilling customer benefits. Financial indicators demonstrate the ability to meet obligations, while the experience with consultation, claims processing, and after-sales support reflects operational quality in practice.

According to a company representative, Prudential will continue investing in its people, enhancing operational quality, and implementing new, responsible solutions. The company also aims to improve the experience at every touchpoint, from consultation and contract enrollment to claims settlement.
