Luu Danh Duc, born in 1973, holds a Master of Information Technology from the Francophone Institute of Informatics (IFI) and an Information Technology Engineer degree from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. He brings over 22 years of specialized experience in technology, particularly within the banking sector and large corporations. He has been involved in developing, consulting, and directly managing numerous large-scale programs, including core banking projects, digital platforms, and integrated ecosystems.
Before joining Sacombank, Luu Danh Duc held positions such as deputy general director and chief information officer at major organizations including LPBank, SHB, T&T Group, Sovico, Sun Group, Tasco, VinGroup, and VIB. His diverse experience, spanning finance-banking and multi-industry corporations, provides him with a holistic view of system architecture and the ability to lead digital transformation, building flexible technology platforms that support sustainable growth. At Sacombank, he will focus on modernizing technical infrastructure, enhancing data capabilities, and developing customer-centric digital solutions.

Also appointed in this round, Nguyen Hoang Hai, born in 1973, graduated from Vietnam National University, Hanoi with a major in Telecommunications. He possesses over 30 years of experience in telecommunications and finance-banking. According to the bank, Hai is a leader who combines technological insight, management capabilities, and a strategic transformation vision. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles at Gtel Mobile and VIB, including marketing director, executive director, director of strategy and model transformation, and director of operations, directly participating in strategic planning, driving model transformation, and improving operational efficiency.
Most recently, he made a significant impact at LPBank as deputy general director, contributing to building a lean and efficient operational foundation. With his multi-industry background and continuous improvement mindset, he will help develop a streamlined, flexible operational model focused on efficiency. Additionally, Hai will support Sacombank in elevating service quality and adaptability within an increasingly competitive environment.

In parallel with the appointment of two deputy general directors, Sacombank also strengthened its executive apparatus by appointing Nguyen Thanh Hiep, director of the Risk Management Division, to the position of executive board member responsible for risk management. Hiep, born in 1974, joined Sacombank in 2006 and has extensive experience in control, credit management, and risk governance. The bank stated that adding a dedicated risk management executive highlights its cautious development approach, emphasizing growth based on sustainable governance and strict risk control.
The current executive board of Sacombank comprises Faussier Loic Michel Marc as acting general director, along with 11 deputy general directors and two executive board members. This executive structure has been strengthened with a focus on specialization to enhance management effectiveness and meet the demands of a new development phase.
