Schneider, a prominent transportation and logistics company, has introduced Fast Track, a new high-speed intermodal service. This offering integrates Schneider's truck fleet, intermodal system, and strategic rail partners to establish one of the industry's fastest and most stable intermodal networks. The service is specifically designed for high-reliability shipments, including those requiring just-in-time delivery, plant-to-plant transfers, and direct-to-customer logistics.
Fast Track's selected routes offer rapid transit speeds and consistent performance, supported by priority rail placement and specialized planning. Schneider states this program allows customers to shift from road freight to intermodal transport without compromising speed or service quality.
"Reliability is fundamental to our operations," shared Jim Filter, Executive Vice President and President of Transportation and Logistics. "Fast Track provides peace of mind with superior speed and stability, backed by our professional driver team and extensive asset-based network."

Fast Track has already demonstrated its effectiveness in transporting automotive goods from Mexico to Kansas City and Chicago. The company is actively expanding new routes to meet the increasing demand for fast, stable transportation solutions.
The service incorporates priority positioning, optimized transit, and rapid recovery options to minimize disruptions. All shipments receive 24/7 monitoring with proactive updates from Schneider's Center of Excellence. In 2024, the company reported a nearly 0% cargo loss rate across its US and Mexico operations.
"Fast Track is designed for absolute precision," emphasized Michael Baumgardt, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Intermodal. "This is the solution for customers who cannot tolerate any delays."
