According to SHB, this program helps expand the utilities available on SHB SAHA. It supports customers by reducing the steps involved in recurring payments and enabling more proactive daily financial management. Through these incentives, SHB aims to contribute to the national digital transformation strategy and implement Politburo's Resolution 57 on breakthroughs in scientific and technological development, innovation, and national digital transformation.
Expanding SHB SAHA's utilities is also part of the bank's comprehensive digital transformation strategy. SHB identifies information technology modernization and digitalization as one of its four development pillars, aligned with a "5 FIRST" orientation, which includes: Data & AI First, People First, Cloud First, Security First, and Mobile First. This forms the foundation for the bank to continue developing digital, convenient, and customer-centric products and services.
Positioning itself as a "new-generation national-scale bank", SHB aims by 2030 to become the number one bank in terms of efficiency, a preferred digital bank, the best retail bank, and a leading bank providing capital, financial products, and services to strategic corporate customers with supply chain ecosystems, value chains, and green development; as well as small and medium enterprises, and individual customers. By 2035, SHB expects to become a modern, digital, and green bank among the region's leaders.
