Skylink Studio, a mobile game developer and publisher in Vietnam, has signed a growth funding agreement with PvX Partners, a Singapore-based financial platform specializing in user acquisition. The agreement grants the studio access to a funding limit of up to 12 million USD for its development objectives.
This funding will serve as a resource for Skylink Studio to scale its user acquisition (UA) campaigns, optimize the commercial effectiveness of its current products, and invest in its new game portfolio. In the mobile game industry, acquiring and expanding the player base demands continuous reinvestment, making growth capital essential for scaling operations.
According to a company representative, the agreement with PvX Partners offers Skylink Studio financial flexibility to expand UA activities, rather than relying solely on internal capital for marketing campaigns. This allows the company to allocate funds based on individual product performance, increasing investment in games with international market potential.
This sector typically demands substantial capital for small and medium-sized game studios. A quality product may struggle to reach players without an effective distribution system and an adequate UA budget.
Skylink Studio stated that its collaboration with PvX Partners aims to resolve capital flow issues during expansion and allow the company greater autonomy when launching new products.
This funding supports not only UA activities but also Skylink Studio's broader plan to expand its game development and publishing model. The company is building a data-driven operational system, utilizing user behavior metrics and UA effectiveness to evaluate products, optimize costs, and allocate resources.

Nguyen Ngoc Tuan Loi, Founder & CEO of Skylink Studio, stated the company aims to build a game company capable of developing products in Vietnam and distributing them to players globally.
"Our ambition is not just to create a few successful games. Skylink aims to build a global game company from Vietnam, with the ability to continually create, develop, and deliver quality products to players worldwide. Partnering with PvX is a crucial step that helps us accelerate this journey", Loi said.
In the long term, Skylink Studio plans to combine its game development capabilities in Vietnam with an international distribution network and a data-driven UA system. The company expects the new growth capital to support its scaling process and enhance its ability to bring Vietnamese-developed game products to the global market.
Established in 2022, Skylink Studio is part of the Skylink Group ecosystem, focusing on developing mobile games in the puzzle-casual and classic games categories. The studio stated its team comprises experienced personnel in the mobile game sector, with a focus on developing products for international players.
PvX Partners, founded in 2024, is a financial platform that provides growth capital to game and consumer application companies. According to PvX, this capital helps companies expand UA without equity dilution, featuring a repayment mechanism tied to the revenue generated by the funded user groups. The company also developed PvX Lambda, a machine learning platform that analyzes data and forecasts UA campaign effectiveness.
