The year 2026 is special for both TCP Group and the Vietnam Youth Union, as both celebrate 70 years of formation and development. For seven decades, the guiding principle "Energizing for a vibrant world" has steered TCP's global operations. In Vietnam, this spirit manifests through various practical activities, including the six-year partnership with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union.
Specifically, during the 2023-2025 cooperation phase, the "Toa sang nghi luc Viet" (Shining Vietnamese Resilience) program honored 98 exemplary disabled youth, providing savings accounts and supporting startup projects with a total budget of 500 million dong.
The "Thanh nien song dep" (Youth Living Beautifully) award recognized 60 outstanding young individuals across various fields, helping to spread inspiring stories within the community.
Additionally, the "Ngay hoi thanh nien cong nhan – lan toa nang luong tich cuc" (Young Workers' Festival – Spreading Positive Energy) program was held in 15 provinces and cities, attracting over 119,000 young workers. Activities included health examinations, consultations, free medicine distribution, discounted essential goods stalls, and cultural and entertainment programs for workers. According to organizers, these programs support the lives of young people, encourage positive lifestyles, and enhance community connection.
Furthermore, the implementation of 15 projects under the "Khong gian the thao thanh nien" (Youth Sports Space) initiative in two years, 2024 and 2025, has created healthy playgrounds, enabling young people to engage in physical training and connect with their communities.

As youth increasingly play a crucial role in innovation and sustainable development, empowering young people requires the joint efforts of social organizations and businesses. A TCP representative emphasized that moving into the 2026-2028 cooperation phase, the company will not only provide resources but also participate in implementing initiatives tailored to the practical needs of youth in specific localities and target groups.
