In recent years, VietinBank has consistently refined its credit granting processes, reducing application processing times and developing tailored funding packages for specific customer groups. The bank states these solutions have enabled tens of thousands of SME businesses to access capital more quickly, conveniently, and efficiently.

Concurrently, VietinBank has advanced digital transformation within its corporate client segment. Online disbursement services, online guarantee issuance via the VietinBank eFAST platform, and a comprehensive digital transaction ecosystem have helped businesses significantly save time and costs, while enhancing financial management efficiency.
The bank also develops green financial products aligned with sustainable growth objectives. Notably, the Green UP credit package, valued at 5,000 billion VND, supports green energy, green export, green construction, green transport, and circular economy projects. Additionally, green deposit products contribute to funding sustainable development initiatives. This commitment to sustainability was a key factor highly praised by The Asian Banker in recent award considerations.
To mark this achievement, VietinBank has launched the SME Wealth-Come 2026 program, offering specific benefits for new SME customers. These include: up to a 100% waiver on various trade finance fees for online eKYC business account openings, and enhanced benefits for online deposits. For deposits starting from 1 billion VND, businesses will receive automatic preferential interest rates via the VietinBank eFAST digital banking platform.
