Techcombank and Masterise Homes award 45 billion u-points to customers

Techcombank, in collaboration with Masterise Homes, launched "The Inner - Song Hanh Doc Ban" program, distributing nearly 45 billion u-points to approximately 11,000 members within two months of its rollout.

The "The Inner - Song Hanh Doc Ban" ecosystem privilege program, developed by Techcombank and Masterise Homes, connects finance, real estate, and lifestyle. Instead of providing individual offers, the program functions as an ecosystem, supporting customers across various needs: from asset management and cash flow optimization to consumer experiences and life care.

This privilege system is flexibly tailored to each real estate ownership journey: from settling down, investing, and rental exploitation to expanding asset scale. At each participation level, customers gain access to financial solutions, home care services, and consumer experiences suited to their needs.

As "The Inner" members, residents can earn up to 25 million u-points. These points can be used to redeem shopping vouchers at brands and restaurants such as: Michelin, Ginza Sushi Ichi, Mellow Six, Pinchos, or to pay real estate management fees, convert to flight miles, and more.

According to the Techcombank OneU loyalty program, one u-point is equivalent to one VND. Customers can make direct payments with points by scanning QR codes, redeem vouchers, or convert points into flight miles via the Techcombank Mobile digital bank and the OneU platform.

A bank representative stated that u-points are designed to be flexible, allowing customers to use reward points for daily needs such as paying for drinks, redeeming dining vouchers, booking rides, or converting to flight miles for trips.

All transactions are performed on the Techcombank Mobile application through the Techcombank Rewards section. Users can search for and select offers that suit their individual needs, rather than being limited to a fixed category.

The Techcombank OneU ecosystem currently connects over 200 partners at more than 9,000 acceptance points nationwide, offering deals from approximately 500 brands including Golden Gate, Grab, Xanh SM, and Starbucks. To date, the program has attracted over 13 million participating customers, with over 100 billion u-points used monthly and millions of vouchers redeemed across sectors from shopping and dining to travel and entertainment.

Techcombank and Masterise Homes stated that the program is designed to enhance daily customer experiences, moving beyond merely offering individual financial or real estate incentives.
