Under the agreement, Temu will enhance diverse delivery options, including PostNL's network of automated parcel lockers and retail store pick-up and drop-off points. Tijs Reumerman, managing director of Spring GDS, a PostNL subsidiary, stated that the company aims to enhance the reliability, sustainability, and efficiency of e-commerce deliveries across Europe. Spring GDS specializes in cross-border shipping, returns, and e-commerce solutions.

Temu entered the Dutch market in 2023 and launched its platform for local sellers in 2024, creating new customer access channels at competitive costs for businesses in the Netherlands and other European markets. Previously, Temu had also signed similar logistics cooperation agreements with major postal companies in France, Austria, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Belgium.
