According to a Tineco Vietnam representative, the brand's total sales in the domestic market in 2025 increased by 4.5 times compared to 2024. This reflects the rapid expansion of the handheld wet-dry floor cleaner segment. This growth trend occurs as consumers increasingly combine various smart cleaning devices to optimize cleaning efficiency and gain more control in their daily lives.

Globally, Tineco continues to make its mark in steam technology. The company announced that over 500,000 steam floor cleaning products have been sold worldwide, indicating a growing demand for deep cleaning solutions focused on sterilization and tackling stubborn stains. The brand is recognized as one of the leaders in applying steam technology in the floor cleaner industry, alongside innovations in automation and user experience.
This leadership was further demonstrated when the Tineco Floor One S9 Artist Steam surpassed strong competitors to win in the wet-dry floor cleaner category, the first installment of the My Favorite Products 2025 program at the Tech Awards organized by VnExpress.
According to Euromonitor International, Tineco has been the world's number one best-selling vacuum cleaner and floor cleaner brand for three consecutive years. Data from the organization shows that from the second half of 2023 to the first half of 2024, total global floor cleaner production reached approximately 13 million units, with Tineco contributing about 5 million units, maintaining its global number one position. During the same period, Tineco's wet-dry floor cleaner products consistently topped sales on Amazon in major markets such as the US, Canada, France, Italy, Australia, and Japan.

In 2025, Tineco continues to expand its product portfolio in Vietnam, covering all price segments with strategic models such as the S6 Stretch Max, S7 Stretch Steam, S9 Artist Prime, and S9 Artist Steam Pro. Chinal Wong, Head of Tineco Vietnam, stated that the company's goal for the upcoming period is to further expand its scale while creating more key product lines tailored to the habits of domestic consumers.
Tineco is also partnering with distributor Hop Long to shape consumer habits and drive sustainable growth. Nguyen Ha, Marketing Director of Hop Long E-commerce, noted that Vietnamese consumers are prioritizing smart cleaning solutions capable of addressing multiple needs in a single device.
"Changes in living spaces and daily routines mean that integrated technology products with automatic operation are increasingly welcomed. In 2026, this trend is expected to continue expanding in the handheld vacuum cleaner segment, where Tineco devices increasingly meet the demand for flexible, safe, and convenient cleaning in modern living spaces," she said.
Currently, Tineco's authorized service center system, GIGAcare, is present in Hanoi, TP HCM, and Da Nang. It is also expected to expand nationwide in 2026, establishing a strong after-sales foundation to ensure consumer rights and provide peace of mind for users choosing Tineco products in Vietnam.
