The online credit service supports corporate customers in applying for new or renewing short-term credit limits for various products, such as: loans, guarantees, letters of credit (L/C), discounting, and factoring.
A key feature of the service is that businesses can proactively propose their borrowing needs anytime, anywhere, directly on the VietinBank eFAST platform without visiting a transaction counter. The entire process of initiating applications, updating information, digital signing, and submitting credit requests is conducted online via computer, eliminating the need for businesses to visit a counter.

Additionally, businesses can easily track application progress in real time, proactively update application status, and receive approval results and credit notifications directly on VietinBank eFAST, avoiding delays or communication through multiple channels. A VietinBank representative stated that digitizing the process reduces paperwork and helps businesses save time during application preparation and submission.
The service is designed for all types of businesses, from small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) to large corporations and foreign direct investment (FDI) companies. This reflects VietinBank's customer-centric approach and its commitment to personalizing customer experiences in the digital age.
A bank representative noted that this is a significant milestone, demonstrating VietinBank's efforts to modernize its digital banking ecosystem for businesses. Previously, the bank developed an online disbursement feature for businesses on VietinBank eFAST. With the addition of the online credit service, businesses can now manage their credit services entirely online.
Amidst digital transformation becoming a key growth driver for the economy, the bank expects to be a companion for businesses on their digital transformation journey, enhancing competitiveness in an increasingly digitized business environment.
