VinAlpha is recruiting drivers and machine operators for a series of projects across the country, offering diverse salary, bonus, training, and welfare policies.

On 5/10, VinAlpha Infrastructure Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announced a recruitment drive for 15,000 drivers and machine operators. These positions will support large-scale projects by Vingroup Corporation nationwide.

The company is seeking operators for various specialized vehicles and equipment, including dump trucks, excavators, bulldozers, and concrete mixers. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on more than 20 large-scale projects spanning housing, transport infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors. These projects are located in provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Dien Bien, Hung Yen, Ha Tinh, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, TP HCM, and Tay Ninh.

VinAlpha offers stable employment at major projects, alongside a practical system of salaries and benefits designed to foster long-term commitment among employees.

Beyond competitive market salaries, the company provides free on-site training for 15 days to enhance skills during initial driving assessments at project sites. Employees receive free dormitory accommodation and three meals daily, including on days off, plus night shift meals. Drivers and machine operators also benefit from annual health check-ups, Tet bonuses, a 13th month salary, and performance-based incentives.

For example, at projects like Vinhomes Green Paradise (Can Gio, TP HCM) and Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long (Quang Ninh), drivers and machine operators may receive a monthly allowance of 3-5 million dong, depending on the specific project's policy.

Nguyen Thanh Thuy, Chief Executive Officer of VinAlpha, stated that the company is continually expanding its workforce to support Vingroup's large-scale projects. Drivers and machine operators are crucial for maintaining construction pace and ensuring project progress.

"VinAlpha is committed to creating a safe, professional, and fair work environment", she affirmed, "while providing attractive income and benefits to ensure employees feel secure and can grow with the company".

Established on 26/11/2025, VinAlpha Infrastructure Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company specializes in land leveling, transport infrastructure, and technical infrastructure. The company works with large-scale projects within the Vingroup Corporation ecosystem across many provinces and cities nationwide.
