Vinatech Group showcases digital warehouse solutions at Vilog 2025

Vinatech Group participated in the Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition (Vilog) 2025, showcasing and offering hands-on experience with its automated storage systems from July 31 to August 2.

Vinatech Group presented its industrial shelving, automated storage, and smart warehouse solutions at Vilog 2025, held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). This event is considered Vietnam's largest logistics exhibition.

Vinatech Group showcased three main product lines: the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), the Shuttle Four Way system, and automated rotary shelving. Each product is designed to meet the diverse needs of industries such as manufacturing, logistics, food and beverage, and e-commerce.

The Shuttle Four Way system integrates Shuttle AutoVTS robots that move in four directions. This system combines elevators, conveyors, and warehouse management software for precise pallet tracking, suitable for high-density storage facilities like distribution centers and retail outlets.

The ASRS includes shelving, stacker cranes, conveyor systems, and management software. All inventory data is synchronized with ERP systems, and import/export data is updated in real-time, saving inspection time.

Automated rotary shelving is controlled via remote or wifi-connected computers. This system optimizes space for small and medium-sized warehouses, doubling storage capacity and saving up to 45% of space compared to conventional shelving systems, according to the company.

Vinatech Group’s booth emphasized a storytelling approach to technology, rather than technical presentations. Visitors could interact directly with the systems and consult with Vinatech engineers. Nguyen Tuan Dat, representing a logistics company, said it was his first time experiencing automated storage systems at an exhibition. "I appreciate the flexibility and real-time data synchronization of the ASRS," he said.

Another customer was impressed by the Shuttle Four Way system’s smooth operation and continuous data updates, expressing interest in implementing this model for optimized warehouse management.

Vinatech Group is expanding its automated storage production to major markets such as Southeast Asia, the Americas, and Australia. The brand has previously completed several regular and cold storage projects in Vietnam for clients such as Co.op, ITL Logistics, and PepsiCo.
