The Nam Trang Cat industrial park, located in the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai economic zone, Hai An ward, boasts a strategic location with comprehensive connectivity to five types of transportation: road, sea, river, air, and rail. Specifically, the project is adjacent to Lach Huyen port, the only international deep-water seaport in the North. It is 10-15 minutes from Cat Bi international airport, less than 10 minutes from the Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh expressway, and easily connects to the city's administrative center.
Spanning over 200 ha, the project is developed as a high-tech industrial park, prioritizing the attraction of modern, high value-added, and environmentally friendly manufacturing industries. This direction aligns with the green and sustainable industrial development strategy of Hai Phong in particular and the Northeast region in general.
