Vitalify drives digital transformation in the construction industry

Vitalify Asia conducts a survey of Vietnam's construction sector, aiming to advance digital transformation for businesses in the industry.

In early february, Vitalify Asia announced its initiative to drive digital transformation within Vietnam's construction sector. The company aims to explore the commercial viability of software products and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. Additionally, it plans to implement Japanese construction management technology in the local market.

In april 2025, Vitalify Asia, a software development firm, became a subsidiary of Kensetsu System (Kentem), a leading provider of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions for the construction industry in Japan, particularly in construction management software. Vitalify Asia observes Vietnam's robust infrastructure development, noting that in december 2025 alone, 234 key projects were announced nationwide, representing an investment of up to 3.4 million billion VND. The Vietnamese construction market is projected for rapid expansion in the coming years.

According to Vitalify Asia, the industry's expanding scale necessitates increasingly stringent requirements for progress management, quality control, and on-site safety. "Traditional management methods are revealing limitations in efficiency and transparency", a Vitalify Asia representative stated. "We believe that implementing Japanese construction management models and digital transformation expertise will help the Vietnamese market address these challenges, thereby improving infrastructure quality and the operational efficiency of construction businesses".

The company's surveys will focus on the following areas: real-time cloud-based progress sharing and management; remote site management through images and videos; optimizing resource allocation, including labor and machinery; applying Augmented Reality (AR) for sharing project completion visuals; and implementing e-learning for safety and construction knowledge training.

These solutions are expected to help construction businesses digitize management processes, improve coordination among stakeholders, reduce operational costs, and minimize construction errors. Concurrently, standardized training and enhanced workplace safety awareness will contribute to fostering safer and more sustainable working environments on construction sites.

Over the next three months, Vitalify Asia will conduct a market survey program in Vietnam, gathering feedback from businesses within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Based on these findings, the company will determine its new product development roadmap for the Vietnamese market in 2026. This will include direct on-site trials to validate effectiveness before widespread deployment.
