VNPAY partners with Da Nang to support business households in tax filing transition

VNPAY and the Da Nang City Tax Department have launched a "60-day campaign" to assist business households in transitioning from flat-rate tax to declaration-based filing, simultaneously integrating digital solutions for tax management.

The collaboration aims to familiarize and transition business households to a self-declaration and self-payment tax mechanism, preparing for its mandatory implementation from 1/1/2026. This shift addresses new standards for electronic invoices and documents, enhancing financial management efficiency and transparency.

To achieve digital transformation, VNPAY offers a dual solution: VNPAY-INVOICE (electronic invoice) and VNPAY-CA (digital signature). These solutions enable businesses and business households to automate the invoice issuance process in accordance with Decree 70, reducing manual operations and storage costs, while standardizing accounting practices under new regulations.

Alongside these, digital payment solutions such as payment gateways, VNPAY-QR, VNPAY SmartPOS, and PhonePOS support business households in processing transactions more quickly and securely. Notably, VNPAY-QR allows buyers to pay using various sources, including bank accounts, international cards, or e-wallets. This provides flexibility for customers and helps businesses reach a wider audience of both domestic and international tourists.

VNPAY is currently implementing a special offer package for businesses and business households in Da Nang, which includes 30,000 free electronic invoices and three years of HSM digital signature usage. This enables businesses to seamlessly implement payment processing, invoice issuance, and document storage, while quickly meeting new operational standards.

"The transition from flat-rate to declaration-based filing is a significant change, requiring close coordination between regulatory bodies and technology companies. With electronic invoice, digital signature, and digital payment solutions, we aim to help business households in Da Nang adapt more easily, reduce costs, and enhance transparency in the tax declaration process," a VNPAY representative stated.

The collaboration between VNPAY and the Da Nang City Tax Department is expected to accelerate the transition from flat-rate to declaration-based filing, promote cashless payments, and digitize tax processes. This will enable taxpayers to access a more transparent and convenient process, reducing manual procedures and saving operational time.

In the coming period, VNPAY will continue to develop digital payment and service solutions, contributing to digital transformation in Da Nang and laying the groundwork for digital economic development nationwide.
