Spanning approximately 136,77 hectares of land and 59,18 hectares of water, the resort will establish a comprehensive, modern, and environmentally friendly development space. Within this area, the developer plans a system of multi-functional facilities, including a 12-story hotel with 420 rooms, the K1 high-end villa complex, and three resort zones (R1, R2, R3) with a total of 435 villas. Zone R2 will also feature a 128-room hotel, alongside several iconic highlight components.
Additionally, the project incorporates unique cultural architectural elements such as the Dream Castle, catering to high-end clientele, and a monument and temple dedicated to Thanh Giong (a legendary Vietnamese hero). It will also include a cable car system connecting the mainland to the island, a pier, a marine sports area, and an integrated entertainment complex. A synchronized technical infrastructure system, covering energy, waste treatment, and underground power supply to the island, is also planned. All these elements are designed to promote ecological, sustainable, and identity-rich tourism development.
According to the developer, all legal procedures were completed before the groundbreaking. Land clearance was finalized, and the state leased over 136 hectares of land, encompassing both island and mainland areas.
