Zeit Media has announced the appointment of Hoang Dao Hiep as its new general director, effective 1/7. He will guide the company's strategic direction and operations, aiming for sustainable growth.
Hiep brings 30 years of experience in advertising, media, marketing, and business development. Before joining Zeit Media, he was Senior Director of Business Strategy at Dentsu Redder. His career includes leadership roles as General Director of Saatchi & Saatchi Vietnam, Deputy General Director of Sabeco, Communications and Services Director at Nestle Vietnam, and Regional Marketing Director for Southeast Asia at Carlsberg Breweries. He also received the Marketing Leadership Excellence Award from Kotler Awards.
With extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, creative management, and organizational operations, Hiep is expected to lead Zeit Media toward its sustainable growth objectives.

At the appointment event, Hiep expressed his appreciation for the Zeit team's creative spirit, proactivity, and execution capabilities. He views these qualities as fundamental for the company's next development phase.
"I see a young, energetic team, always striving for differentiation in creative thinking and brand-building project execution. That is the foundation for the company to enter a new development phase", Hiep said. He added that in the coming period, the company will focus on improving its management system, driving growth, enhancing business efficiency, and developing solutions to meet customer needs.
Nguyen Huu Trung, founder of Zeit Media, noted that the company has completed a development phase marked by large-scale projects demanding high creativity and execution. According to Trung, Hiep's appointment aims to strengthen management capacity and prepare Zeit Media for its next growth phase.
"Zeit was built on creative inspiration and high work standards. For sustainable development, we need a robust management system. Hiep has experience in management, business development, and organizational building. I expect this collaboration will help the company enter a new development phase (The Zeit Era), while continuing to maintain the company's creative identity", Trung said.
The "Zeit Era" (2026-2030) will see the company focus on upgrading its integrated media ecosystem model. This involves strengthening the connection between strategic planning, creativity, and production through technology, alongside developing social media communication solutions, event organization, and brand activation.
The appointment of Hiep is integral to this development strategy. It aims to reinforce management, maintain execution quality, uphold creative standards, and enhance the ability to organize large-scale programs. The company also plans to expand its operating model into a comprehensive integrated media ecosystem.
