Choking is a common and serious risk for young children, particularly during mealtimes. Medical experts emphasize the importance of parents and educators being proficient in first aid techniques. If a child is found choking, adults should immediately contact 115 for guidance from a medical dispatcher.
Furthermore, educational facilities are advised to provide regular training for teachers and caregivers in first aid for foreign body airway obstruction and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
