Students enrolling at CMC University in 2026 will receive an iPad or an equivalent tablet if they list CMC as their first, second, or third choice on the Ministry of Education and Training's common admissions system. Additionally, they must satisfy at least one of the following criteria: participate in CMC University's 2026 competency assessment exam (CMC-TEST), or achieve a total score of 31/40 points (including bonus points) from their high school academic results for either the first semester of 12th grade or the entire 12th grade, based on their registered admission subject combination for 2026.
Students can choose to apply through four admission methods:
CMC401: Admission based on the results of the 2026 CMC-TEST competency assessment exam. This is a computer-based multiple-choice test structured with: mathematics (30 questions), English (30 questions), and logical thinking (20 questions).
CMC200: Admission based on high school academic results, using the average subject score for the chosen admission combination, without priority points, and meeting the Ministry of Education and Training's quality assurance threshold.
CMC100: Admission based on high school graduation exam results, with priority points added (if applicable).
CMC303: Direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and CMC University's admission scheme.

A university representative stated that these four methods aim to maintain flexible admission policies, providing diverse opportunities for students with varying strengths and abilities. The CMC-TEST competency assessment exam, in particular, offers an additional admission pathway while comprehensively evaluating students' critical thinking, foreign language proficiency, and logical reasoning skills.
Additionally, CMC University continues its "CMC - Because You Deserve It" scholarship fund, worth 96 billion VND, for students with excellent academic achievements, aiming to develop high-quality human resources in Vietnam. The Hanoi campus is expected to offer 370 scholarships, while the Ho Chi Minh City campus will have 155 scholarships, covering 30%-100% of tuition fees for all academic years.

Students can apply for scholarships through one of the following methods: academic transcripts, foreign language certificates (IELTS, TOPIK, HSK, etc.), high school graduation exam scores, or provincial-level excellent student awards or higher. The program applies throughout the entire study period if students maintain a GPA of 3,0/4,0. This scholarship fund has been maintained by the university since its establishment to encourage and support students with strong academic records, providing them with opportunities to experience an internationally standardized training environment.
