On the morning of 20/4, the Traffic Police Department, Hai Phong Security Thematic Board, and Tien Phong Youth Plastic Joint Stock Company launched the "Green Traffic - Safe Journey - Steadfast Pioneering" program at Thai Phien High School.
According to the organizers, the program will distribute 10,000 standard helmets through 24 communication sessions at schools, industrial parks, and residential areas throughout 2026. At the launch ceremony, the first 700 helmets were directly given to 10th-grade students at Thai Phien High School.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Thin, Deputy Director of Hai Phong City Police, highlighted the ongoing complexity of traffic law violations in the city. He noted that violators include not only teenagers and students but also workers and other road users. Therefore, he added, developing a large-scale, systematic communication campaign with 24 key programs is timely, appropriate, and meets practical demands.
The program emphasizes direct interaction over theoretical lectures. Traffic Police officers utilized illustrative images and real-life video scenarios to help students identify common violations, such as riding electric bikes without helmets, carrying more passengers than permitted, or running red lights.
