FPT university's MBA program receives international ACBSP accreditation

FPT university is the first university in Vietnam to achieve international ACBSP accreditation for its Master of Business Administration (MBA) program offered by the FPT School of Business and Technology (FSB).

The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), based in the US, assessed the program and found it fully compliant with all 7 of its international accreditation standards: leadership; strategic planning; student and stakeholder focus; student learning assessment; faculty credentials; curriculum; and business unit performance. This full accreditation is valid until 2035.

From 26/2 to 28/2, FPT university (Hanoi) hosted the ACBSP's external review team, which comprised international experts in business, finance, and education. The ACBSP team conducted an on-site evaluation that included a review of the curriculum, teaching methods, facilities, and student support services.

In addition to academic factors, the team engaged with current students, alumni, faculty, employers, and university administrators to gather diverse perspectives and assess the program's alignment with the needs of the job market.

"In a context where AI is reshaping the entire business landscape and management skills, achieving ACBSP accreditation affirms the program's international quality and benefits students who need to transform their thinking and capabilities in the digital age," he added.

These achievements demonstrate the university's position and commitment to the sustainable development and international integration of Vietnamese education.
