Hanoi Medical University student wins Miss Vietnam Student title

Hanoi Medical University secures the Miss Vietnam Student crown for the second consecutive year with Nguyen Ngoc Linh, a dental student.

The Miss Vietnam Student final, themed "The Beauty of Intelligence", took place on 23/8 in Ho Chi Minh City (TP HCM), featuring 28 contestants. The competition, organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Vietnam National Union of Students, is open to female students aged 18 to 24 enrolled in universities and colleges.

Nguyen Ngoc Linh, a student in the Dentistry, Maxillofacial, and Facial Aesthetics program at Hanoi Medical University, was named Miss Vietnam Student. This marks the second consecutive year that Hanoi Medical University has had a student win this title. Last year's winner was Dang Quynh Anh, a medical student from the same university.

Linh shared that she grew up in a family that always prioritized education and knowledge as fundamental. She understands that the opportunity to study, receive guidance, and develop oneself is invaluable and not everyone is fortunate enough to have it. Linh hopes to spread a positive learning spirit and inspire effort and perseverance among her peers.

"I cannot promise to be an outstanding Miss, but I pledge to do everything I can to promote a beautiful image of Vietnamese students to friends both domestically and internationally," Ngoc Linh stated after being announced the winner.

As the new Miss, Linh received a crown, a cash prize of 200 million VND, a commemorative medal, and other gifts.

The title of first runner-up went to Da Vin Lee, a student from Hanoi National University of Education. Hoang Mai Phuong, a student from Hai Phong University, was named second runner-up.
