On the morning of 25/5, while on duty ensuring security, order, and traffic safety at the Quynh Luu 3 High School exam site in Quynh Anh commune, authorities received a report that a 9th grade student from Quynh Thanh Secondary School had not yet arrived.

Communal police, in coordination with the Youth Union, went to the student's home, located more than 7 km from the exam site. The student explained that his family members were away, and no one woke him up, causing him to oversleep.

The student was then transported by police vehicle to Quynh Luu 3 High School, managing to complete the necessary exam procedures in the nick of time.

The public 10th grade entrance exam in Nghe An province is being held on 25-26/5, with over 49,000 candidates participating. This morning, students took the literature exam, an essay-based paper lasting 120 minutes. This afternoon and tomorrow morning, candidates will sit for the math and English exams.
