Candidates can submit applications online from 12/8 until 5 PM on 23/8, and also submit hard copies in person.

The School of Business and Management (HSB) also announced supplementary admissions, though specific quotas were not provided. The application threshold is 19/30, matching the school's previously announced benchmark. Applicants must have a high school graduation exam English score of 5 or higher, or an equivalent foreign language certificate.
As of the morning of 10/8, over 140 universities nationwide had announced their benchmark scores, ranging from a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 30/30. Within the 12 universities under Vietnam National University, Hanoi, benchmark scores span from 19 to 28,12. The highest score was for English Pedagogy at the University of Foreign Languages. The lowest thresholds were observed at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the International School, and the School of Business and Management.
