Artists give gifts, li xi to those in difficult circumstances

Singer My Tam gave 1,000 gifts to many disadvantaged individuals, while Ha Anh Tuan visited and gave li xi to child patients during Tet Binh Ngo.

Singer My Tam and her family visited Quang Nam (part of the new Da Nang administrative area) on 11/2, distributing Tet gifts. She has continued this charitable tradition for over a decade each spring.

She spoke with people, inquiring about their well-being and wishing them a warm, joyful Tet.

On 8/2, Ha Anh Tuan, through his "Choi Viet Nam" project, partnered with the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union to provide gifts to patients at Children's Hospital 2 and the Oncology Hospital. This initiative also supported transport for children to reunite with their families for Tet.

Ha Kieu Anh and other public figures participated in the "Happy Tet" program in TP HCM on 9/2. Together with the organizers, they distributed li xi, bus tickets for travel to hometowns, and 1,000 gifts to disadvantaged individuals.

Earlier, Ha Anh Tuan's team, in collaboration with the Vietnam Youth Union of Gia Lai province and the Ho Chi Minh City Social Work Center, organized a "Sharing Tet" event. This initiative took place in Canh Vinh commune and the Dong Tam Social Protection Center (Quy Nhon Tay ward), distributing hundreds of gifts and envelopes to disadvantaged families, youth, and children.

"I hope these 'spring journeys' offer encouragement and renewed hope for those needing support on their path forward," Ha Anh Tuan stated.

Actor Ly Hung (right) visited elderly artists at the Thi Nghe Nursing Home in Gia Dinh ward, TP HCM, on 9/2, extending Tet greetings. This location holds special significance as it was the first place director Ly Huynh visited for Tet when the Artists' Nursing Home was on Au Duong Lan street, district 8. Following Ly Huynh's passing in 2020, one of his wishes was for his children to continue his legacy of caring for the artists at the facility, ensuring they experienced peaceful Tet celebrations.

Singer Phuong Thanh supported the Gala Nhac Viet program, distributing 500 gifts to disadvantaged and orphaned students across various wards and communes in TP HCM on 9/2.

Ho Ngoc Ha noted that beyond its spiritual value, the program acts as a bridge, enabling the community to collectively share and bring Tet joy to children.

Artist My Uyen (left), alongside the Benevolent Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association, presented 300 gifts to disadvantaged artists and theater backstage workers on 7/2.
