The actress, often dubbed "the most beautiful Guo Xiang on screen", embraces the signs of aging and dismisses societal pressures regarding appearance. This sentiment came to light during her appearance on a talk show on 3/4, hosted by her former colleague, Do Dinh Hao, marking her return to the public eye after more than 10 years away from the screen.

During the talk show, Lee Yee Hung discussed her life in Canada, her journey with depression treatment, and her thoughts on appearance. She explained that she dislikes makeup and does not dress elaborately in daily life. She has no interest in cosmetic surgery or using software to enhance her photos, preferring to remain true to her natural self, regardless of public opinion.

In recent years, Lee Yee Hung has occasionally posted everyday photos on her personal page, prompting varied comments about her looks. While many describe her as healthy and natural, tens of thousands say they "don't recognize Lee Yee Hung" as she is heavier now, with more wrinkles and age spots on her face. Despite these remarks, the 56-year-old actress remains unfazed by comments about her looks.

Lee Yee Hung currently lives with her husband and son in Kamloops, Canada, having not acted for over 13 years. Since 2013, she has worked as a nurse in a hospital's psychiatric department. When she first moved from Hong Kong to Kamloops, she suffered from depression, which required several years of treatment. After that experience, Lee Yee Hung became stronger, more at peace, and cherishes each day of life and every job opportunity.

Her portrayal of the clever and intelligent Guo Xiang in the 1995 TVB series earned her the title of the "most beautiful Guo Xiang" across all adaptations of 'The Return of the Condor Heroes'. In the original novel, Guo Xiang is the daughter of Guo Jing and Huang Rong, known for her beauty, worldly wisdom, and righteousness.
