Ahead of the final, friends and colleagues provided support for Huong Giang in various ways. Transgender Miss Ha Tam Nhu arranged her schedule to fly to Thailand on the morning of 30/5. Experts Quan Nguyen and Pu Le were present backstage to handle Huong Giang's makeup and hair. Content creators such as Call Me Duy, Long Chun, Pham Thoai, and Thay Beo U40 prepared props like flags, banners, horns, and drums to energize the atmosphere.

Beauty queens Khanh Van, Le Hoang Phuong, Doan Thien An, Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh, Bui Ly Thien Huong, along with Mister Tuan Ngoc and director Hoang Nhat Nam, sent messages of encouragement and called on audiences to vote. The All Stars edition, part of the Miss Grand International system, was announced by its President, Nawat, in late 2025. This competition differs from the original by allowing contestants to register freely, without requiring approval from national Miss Grand International license holders. It offers a chance for beauty queens who have previously competed in international pageants to participate. The contest is also open to transgender individuals, married women, and mothers.

The competition took place from 16/5 to 30/5 in Thailand, featuring various activities. The judging panel included Osmel Sousa, a renowned Venezuelan beauty expert; Isabella Menin, Miss Grand International 2022; Natalie Glebova, Miss Universe 2005; composer Omar Harfouch; and other notable figures.
