Late last year, the singer moved into a two-story townhouse spanning over 100 square meters in Phu Nhuan ward, TP HCM. With a deep love for nature, she invested significant effort and resources to transform her rooftop into a small, verdant garden. "Watering daily, tending to each leaf, and watching the plants bloom and bear fruit helps me find peace and relaxation," Phuong Thanh shared.

On the rooftop, the singer erects bamboo poles to create frames for cucumbers and bitter melon to grow. She cultivates various vegetables in plastic pots. Lacking prior experience, she learned organic vegetable farming online and from friends. To avoid chemical fertilizers, Phuong Thanh composts soil with chicken eggs, bananas, and fruit peels, watering twice daily. When performing away from home, she entrusts garden care to family members.
Adjacent to the vegetable garden, the artist has built a small thatched hut for resting and drinking tea. This dedication to plant care has brought about a positive change in the singer's lifestyle. "I used to be very hot-tempered and rushed. Since I started gardening, I've become more patient and calm," she remarked.
