Fahasa's nationwide bookstore system is running a Halloween promotion from 1/10 to 31/10, offering discounts of 10% to 50% on books and school supplies. This event was launched to coincide with the opening of Fahasa's new store in Dong Nai.
The Dong Nai branch, a 500 square meter location, represents a significant investment, with nearly two billion VND for infrastructure and eight billion VND for merchandise. Designed to prioritize convenience, aesthetics, and an enhanced user experience, the new store aims to provide a welcoming environment for all readers. Additionally, the Dong Nai branch is giving gifts to customers who visit and make purchases of 300,000 VND or more, from 8/10 to 18/10.

Merchandise areas are organized by genre and theme, making it easy for customers to find products. Embracing the festive year-end atmosphere, the bookstore has also arranged a Halloween-themed display area with products like masks and costume accessories.
Highlights include specialized book sections such as Vietnamese Entrepreneurs (13/10) and Vietnamese Women (20/10). Other popular sections feature detective, horror, Nguyen Nhat Anh, children's skills, and fantasy literature. In addition to new releases and bestsellers, the bookstore updates its collection with works across literature, children's books, education, skills, science, and lifestyle, catering to the diverse needs of various reader groups.

Fahasa was established in 1976 as Quoc Doanh Phat Hanh Sach (State-Owned Book Distribution Enterprise) and privatized 30 years later. In 2024, the company opened six more bookstores, expanding its presence across the country. These new locations include Hung Vuong, Ba Thang Hai, and Dong Sai Gon (TP HCM), Hong Bang (Hai Phong), Ca Mau, and Tran Duy Hung (Ha Noi). These branches range from hundreds to thousands of square meters in size. The largest is Fahasa Hong Bang, which displays over 100,000 domestic and foreign book titles across various genres, and 25,000 cultural products.
This year, Fahasa is conducting numerous reading promotion activities and donating thousands of books to commemorate its 50th anniversary (6/8/1976-6/8/2026).
