During the episode aired on the evening of 30/8, Dai Nghia and members of the My Man team performed "Khap chon thien ha," transporting viewers into a mythical realm with imagery linked to childhood. The artist made a strong impression with energetic choreography combined with a fire-spitting act. Despite his efforts, the performance did not receive high audience votes. Even with his diverse skill display, Dai Nghia failed to achieve a safe score. His departure from the competition left many "talented individuals" feeling regretful, as he consistently gave his all in every performance throughout the journey.

Huynh Lap expressed his emotion regarding the elimination: "I was shocked when Mr. Nghia was eliminated. He has been with me since the first performances and is almost the most compatible person with me on the show." Dai Nghia, however, maintained a positive outlook, sharing, "I came to the show to enjoy it, not to bring about regrets." He added that when he accepted the invitation to participate, despite being the oldest among the artists, he was not afraid to learn from the younger generation, as their keen awareness of trends helped him stay updated with new developments.
Throughout the competition, Dai Nghia diligently transformed his performances regardless of the musical genre challenged by the organizers. In the first and second performance rounds, the artist surprised the audience multiple times with his all-in spirit. A notable instance was when he shaved his own hair on stage during the performance "Qua khu con lai gi." For the song "Mat nai cha cha cha," he further impressed by singing while doing a handstand. Additionally, Dai Nghia proposed incorporating water puppetry into the new arrangement of the song "Chim sao ngay xua" for his teammates in the second performance round.
Dai Nghia, 48 years old, is a renowned actor in both television and theater in the southern region. He began his career in the 1990s after graduating from the School of Stage Arts 2 (now Ho Chi Minh City University of Theater and Cinema). He has starred in many popular series and films. Beyond acting, he also hosts numerous game shows.

The Ruc Ro group (Hoang Dung, Will, Thanh Duy, Tho, Hoang Rob) ranked second.
