As the competition nears its climax, Asia Rose Simpso has shone brightly, consistently placing among the top contenders in preliminary rounds. She secured a spot in the top 40 before the final by winning the Head to Head Challenge for the Asia - Oceania region.

On 25/8, she competed in the talent segment, ranking third with her dance performance, "Succor". She has studied dance since she was three years old and gained attention for participating in Pilipinas Got Talent at just eight.

Hailing from Quezon City, Asia Rose Simpso is of Filipino and American heritage. She stands 1,7 m tall with a harmonious face.

Her passions include painting, singing, and sports, and she aspires to become an author and children's book illustrator. The contestant possesses a healthy physique and previously placed in the top 24 of the Miss World sports challenge. She suits a "sweet candy" makeup style.

Asia Rose Simpso triumphed over 23 contestants to be crowned Miss World Philippines earlier this year. At the time, local media praised her as a deserving winner. According to her Miss World profile, she comes from a modest background, with most of her competition outfits either self-prepared or sewn by her mother.

At the 73rd Miss World, she presented a project aimed at improving the physical, mental, and emotional health of young people through sports and dance.

In early August, speaking to the media before departing for Vietnam, Asia Rose Simpso stated her goal to bring home the second blue crown for Filipino fans, following Megan Young's (left) victory in 2013. She had previously met Young at several events, learning from her experience.

Throughout the competition, Asia Rose Simpso has expressed affection for the host country. During the Head to Head Challenge on 24/8, she mentioned Vietnam in her presentation, recounting interactions with local people. Despite language barriers, she noted that the friendliness and warmth almost erased any distance.
Asia Rose Simpso and 110 other contestants are currently preparing for the final round, which will take place on the evening of 5/9 at 2/4 Square, Nha Trang City.
The competition runs from 8/8 to 5/9, spanning three provinces: Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, and Khanh Hoa. On 12/8, 111 contestants wore ao dai for the opening ceremony at a square in Ha Long City. In Do Son, contestants planted mangrove forests, experienced crabbing and fishing, and kayaked. Upon arriving in Nha Trang City, they participated in a street parade, supported breast cancer patients, and experienced traditional craft villages and local cuisine.
First held in 1951, Miss World is one of the two largest and oldest beauty pageants globally, alongside Miss Universe. The platform celebrates global unity by seeking women who possess beauty, education, and meaningful community projects. After 72 seasons, the competition is being held in Vietnam for the first time, co-organized by Sen Vang company.
