The Real Deal reported on 6/2 that the Beckhams sold their penthouse on the 59th floor of the One Thousand Museum building in Miami, Florida. The sprawling residence, spanning 960 square meters, features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a home gym, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a balcony with ocean views.

Designed by the acclaimed Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid, the 62-story condominium tower was completed in 2019. It stands as one of Hadid's final projects before her passing in 2016 at age 66. The Beckhams were among the initial owners, acquiring the penthouse for USD 19,8 million when the building launched in 2020, according to Elle Decor.
David Beckham reportedly surveyed the building in 2019, considering a move to South Florida after establishing his football team, Inter Miami CF. The couple purchased the apartment through Beckham Brand Limited, the former star's company. In a 2021 Instagram post, Victoria offered a glimpse of a living room corner, though without revealing the full interior.

Beyond this recent sale, the Beckhams maintain a substantial global real estate portfolio, according to Elle Decor. In the US, they also own a villa exceeding 1,200 square meters on Biscayne Bay, Florida, valued at USD 72,3 million. This expansive property includes nine bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a gym, an infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a spa. The couple currently resides primarily at their mansion in Holland Park, London.
The sale comes amidst reports of a dispute between David and Victoria Beckham and their eldest son, Brooklyn, and his wife, Nicola. In January, Brooklyn reportedly stirred international media by posting criticisms of his parents on Instagram, stating he did not wish to reconcile with his family. He recently drew further attention by removing tattoos related to his birth family. As of now, those involved have not publicly addressed the disagreement.
