On the morning of 24/6, the newly crowned Miss Cosmo Vietnam, Nguyen Hoang Phuong Linh, visited the VnExpress headquarters for a post-coronation interview.

Accompanying Phuong Linh was runner-up Do Cam Ly (left). Both wore matching mermaid-style gowns designed by Brian Vo. They have received significant public support and attention following their performances in the competition.

The two women reenacted their final night performance before the interview.

After the finale, the two beauties, busy with various activities, arrived back in Ho Chi Minh City late on the evening of 23/6 after their flight from Nha Trang. Despite their packed schedules, they maintained a vibrant appearance. "I'm still so happy that I don't feel tired," Phuong Linh said.

According to runner-up Cam Ly, Phuong Linh's victory was well-deserved, given her radiant presence throughout the crucial rounds.

The two have become close after spending two months together during the competition.

Phuong Linh admitted she is adjusting to her new title, having previously been a regular office worker, relatively unknown to the public. "Becoming a public figure is pressuring. However, I will learn to balance my emotions and maintain composure to fulfill my role in the journey ahead." Phuong Linh is currently focused on developing her community project, Line2Life: One Call for One Life, which focuses on mental health support for struggling youth. She is also honing her skills for the upcoming Miss Cosmo pageant later this year.

The new Miss Cosmo Vietnam is 1.75 m tall with measurements of 87-65-91 cm. Audiences have praised her beautiful face and bright smile. She currently works as an IT specialist at a domestic technology corporation.

Phuong Linh graduated from the University of Washington (USA) with a 3.6/4.0 GPA in Business and Information Technology Management. She also completed an associate degree in Business at Houston Community College. Previously, she worked as an IT auditor at one of the world's four largest accounting firms.

Cam Ly expressed satisfaction with her runner-up position. "What I truly value is the experience and the many things I learned from the other contestants. With this title, I hope to collaborate with the Miss Cosmo Vietnam organization and contribute to the community through specific activities and projects."

Do Cam Ly, 22, is 1.73 m tall with measurements of 83-61-97 cm. She is a fourth-year International Relations student at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City. Cam Ly also won the "Best Smile" award at the competition.

Miss Cosmo Vietnam, held since 2008, has discovered many notable figures in the entertainment industry, such as Thuy Lam, Pham Huong, H'Hen Nie, Khanh Van, and Ngoc Chau. Previously, winners and runners-up earned the right to participate in Miss Universe. In 2024, the organizers lost the rights to send contestants to Miss Universe, switching to Miss Cosmo instead.

This year's competition, themed "Moon Chasing", sought confident and independent individuals who dare to step outside their comfort zones.
