14 beauty queens arrived in Vietnam to participate in various Miss Cosmo 2025 activities. On 20/8, they visited Vinh Long (formerly Ben Tre) to experience local life and explore the unique river culture.
The contestants wore outfits combined with accessories characteristic of women in the Mekong Delta region.

The contestants then moved to ecological areas and explored fruit orchards. |
Chotinapa Kaewjariun, Miss Cosmo Thailand 2025, said she had long been familiar with Vietnamese culture through books and media, but this was her first opportunity to experience it firsthand. "Besides the ao ba ba, I also love wearing the ao dai", she said.

Most of the contestants were impressed by the peaceful scenery and the friendly, hospitable Vietnamese people. |

They observed artisans making traditional cakes such as "da lon" (pig skin cake), "bo thot not" (palm sugar cake), and "tam bi" (shredded coconut cake). |

They also witnessed the production process of coconut candy, a local specialty, and even participated in the packaging process. |

After their Mekong Delta experience, the contestants returned to Ho Chi Minh City for a press conference to launch the new season.
Miss Cosmo is a beauty pageant organized by a Vietnamese organization, aiming to find modern, influential young women. The first season attracted 56 contestants from around the world. Ketut Permata Juliastrid Sari, 21, from Indonesia, was crowned Miss Cosmo in 10/2024.
According to the organizers, the second season will take place at the end of the year, with over 80 contestants expected to participate. Vietnam's representative is Nguyen Hoang Phuong Linh, who was crowned Miss Universe Vietnam in June.
