Around 7 p.m., Nong Thuy Hang, wearing a tiered and embellished wedding dress, walked down the aisle on her father's arm to the applause of the guests. The bride and groom performed traditional ceremonies such as exchanging rings, pouring wine, and cutting the cake. After the rituals, they promised their parents they would support each other, nurture their home, and shared a kiss.

Nong Thuy Hang's wedding reception took place at a restaurant, decorated in white, blue, and pink with an abundance of fresh flowers and crystal chandeliers. Many friends from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Tuyen Quang came to celebrate with them. After the ceremony, guests sang, danced, and caught the bride's bouquet, creating a lively atmosphere.

Earlier that day, Nong Thuy Hang's family welcomed the groom's family to their home for a traditional Tay ethnic ceremony. In the days leading up to the wedding, the beauty queen paused her work to prepare for the event. She and her family prepared decorations, personally cutting and arranging peacock and phoenix models.

The beauty queen said that after the home ceremony, the couple would hold another wedding in Vinh City, Nghe An province - the groom's hometown - at the end of July.

At the beginning of the year, Thuy Hang planned to compete in Miss Universe Vietnam 2025, attracting attention in the online round but later withdrew. In May, the couple had several wedding photoshoots with the help of some friends.
According to Nong Thuy Hang, she felt their relationship was ready for marriage after several years with Dinh Hieu. She is prepared for married life and said she would continue her showbiz activities with her husband's support.
Nong Thuy Hang's husband is eight years older than her and is a businessman. The couple publicly announced their relationship earlier this year.
Nong Thuy Hang, of Tay ethnicity, is from Tuyen Quang (formerly Ha Giang). She was crowned Miss Ethnic Vietnam in July 2022. A year later, she participated in Miss International Friendship in China, winning the 2nd runner-up title.
Recently, Nong Thuy Hang has been involved in fashion shows, music videos, emceeing, and judging beauty contests for students. The beauty queen has also carried out a fashion photography project to promote the culture of 54 ethnic groups.
