Eight of the 16 final round performances, broadcast on the evening of 16/8, caught the audience's attention. Phuong My Chi brought youthful energy through her performance of "Ech ngoi day gieng" (The Frog at the Bottom of the Well), combining folk and contemporary cultural elements.
The song was adapted from the familiar children's song "Chu ech con" (composed by Phan Nhan) with lines like, "I am a little frog. I have two round eyes," while also incorporating a message of Vietnamese pride.
For the first time, Phuong My Chi showcased her electric guitar skills. The stage was designed as a museum of memories, featuring items associated with her musical journey, such as a "ba ba" tunic, CDs, a stork, and a microphone.

Hang Lamoon showcased her folk music strengths with the performance "Duong gian" (Folklore). She appeared in a dress with a train tens of meters long, draped from above, combined with a traditional "non quai thao" hat. The stage was designed with images of the moon and classical architecture. She performed various dances and choreography with 30 other people.
Reflecting on the opportunity to participate in a major music competition, Lamoon expressed gratitude and joy at being recognized by a wider audience. She said her personal Instagram account previously had only 200 followers, but now has over 150,000.

She is a newcomer to the music scene, whose real name is Nguyen Le Diem Hang, 22 years old. Lamoon reached the top 6 of Vietnam Idol 2023 and received praise from judges My Tam and Huy Tuan for her pleasant voice. In April, she played the role of Ut Kho in the film "Dia dao: Mat troi trong bong toi" (The Tunnel: The Sun in the Shadow) directed by Bui Thac Chuyen.

52Hz told a sad fairy tale through "Troi sao" (Starry Sky) - a song with a Disney-like melody, combined with the indie style she is pursuing. 52Hz began by playing guitar and singing as if in an intimate conversation. The stage was designed with a predominantly blue and white color scheme against a backdrop of twinkling stars. Contemporary dancers created a dreamy atmosphere, combined with a duet dance between 52Hz and her partner.
The singer invited violinist Bui Khang Duy and pianist Doan Minh Vu - her older brother - to join her on stage. The performance concluded with a shower of confetti, creating a visual effect.
52Hz dedicated the musical gift to her deceased grandfather, who passed away on the day she got engaged. Doan Minh Vu expressed pride in seeing his younger sister perform. She reciprocated the sentiment: "I've never listened to you play without crying."

Lam Bao Ngoc played a girl with a constantly critical boyfriend, leading her to believe she is always wrong and losing her confidence, in the performance "Ai ky" (Narcissistic). Lam Bao Ngoc combined her strengths in the performance, including high notes, disco dancing, and rap. She also performed acrobatics and aerial maneuvers to create highlights.
She burst into tears after completing the performance, feeling she had "given her all." Lam Bao Ngoc's father emotionally said, "Ngoc has fulfilled her promise to me to keep learning. Recently, Ngoc has learned from her older sisters and friends. I'm very proud of you."

Bao Anh wore a revealing, see-through outfit in a seductive style and sang "Co ay khong yeu anh" (She Doesn't Love You). She invited rapper Phuc Du to enhance the performance. The singer conveyed the message: "In love, when it's no longer right, a woman must learn not to exist in the other person's life anymore."
During the interaction, Bao Anh admitted to having neglected herself for too long before joining the show. On the show, she was energized and rediscovered her passion for life and work. Bao Anh's younger sister emotionally said, "For a long time, I haven't seen you this confident. I want you to keep smiling."

Juky San delivered the ballad "Nguoi dau tien" (The First Person) with a message of longing for eternal love. Unlike other performances with extravagant stage designs, Juky San chose to focus on emotions. The song demanded high vocal technique with complex sustained notes. The highlight of the performance was her dance with a dancer.
She considered the show a true training ground where all skills are honed and refined.

Singing "Thao tung tam ly" (Psychological Manipulation), Maiquin opened with a guitar solo. The music then shifted to a vibrant blend of African and Latin American sounds. The singer played the Conga drums with a foreign artist on stage. A group of nearly 20 dancers continuously formed different formations, creating unique visual effects. The ending had a wild feel with characteristic howls.
The singer said she has been trying to overcome her fears over the years to show the audience her abilities. After the show, she felt a positive change in herself, becoming more confident.

Saabirose presented "Loi thu toi" (Confession) with a different style from what she had shown before. From a rebellious rapper, she transitioned to a sadder, more profound tone. Saabirose wanted to showcase her versatility through this performance. After the performance, the singer was moved to see her mother in the audience, watching and cheering her on.
The remaining eight contestants will perform in the second finale, airing on 23/8: Tien Tien, Phuong Ly, Phao, Lyhan, Bich Phuong, Miu Le, Orange, and Chau Bui.
The show "Em xinh say hi" aims to "find the next generation of female idols in Vietnamese music." It has been airing since the end of May, consisting of 14 episodes, and is scheduled to conclude in August. The contestants are divided into alliances, competing directly through performances in the style of music groups. The show is produced by the same team that successfully organized "Anh trai say hi" in mid-2024.
From 30 contestants, after four rounds, 16 faces made it to the final round. The organizers announced that audience voting will take place from 9/8 to 23/8 to determine the champion, runner-up, and Best 5. The show's first concert will take place on 13/9 in Ho Chi Minh City.
