Reflecting on his music career, JSol acknowledged facing numerous challenges. His previous MVs hadn't achieved the desired impact, with many believing he was "just a pretty face" or "hadn't found his direction."
According to JSol, there was a time he felt lost and even considered quitting. "My biggest obstacle was a lack of self-belief. I was full of doubts and afraid to step outside my comfort zone," he said.

In 2024, when his management company suggested he join "Intoxicated Brothers," JSol initially declined. He didn't feel drawn to competitive shows. However, after some reflection, he decided to give it one last shot. If it didn't work out, he'd explore other paths. Throughout the competition, he produced several hits, connected with new colleagues, and gained a large fan base. JSol felt like "everything was turning a new page."
The singer expressed his gratitude: "I'm thankful to the program and the audience for helping me regain my confidence. I've never felt so self-aware and eager to contribute."
