Johnny Tri Nguyen reappeared at the project's showcase event on the evening of 30/7 in TP HCM. He plays the supporting role of Huu Tuong Quan, tasked with protecting the tomb of King Dinh Tien Hoang from enemy sabotage.
The role marks the 52-year-old actor's return after nearly 10 years. He stated that he accepted the role because he was deeply moved by the character's story: a warrior sacrificing personal happiness for the greater good.

Johnny Tri Nguyen signed posters for fans. Beyond acting, he served as the action director, choreographing 12 martial arts scenes in the film, which is double the number in his 2006 work, "Dong Mau Anh Hung".
Born in TP HCM (formerly Binh Duong), he moved to the US with his family at eight years old. After a period as a singer overseas and a stuntman in Hollywood, he returned to Vietnam, gaining fame with films like "Dong Mau Anh Hung", "Nu Hon Than Chet", "Hon Truong Ba - Da Hang Thit", "Bay Rong", and "Teo Em". Occasionally, he has taken supporting roles in Hollywood films, such as "Da 5 Bloods" (2020), a USD 45 million production released on Netflix.

Tuan Tran recounted overcoming difficulties during the final scene when he landed incorrectly, tearing a ligament. After the incident, the film crew had to devise a new fight sequence to suit the actor's health condition.

MMA fighter Tran Quang Loc, who plays the scar-faced assassin, took selfies with the audience. He is a disciple of Johnny Tri Nguyen, having trained at Lien Phong MMA, founded by the actor.
The film, a historical fantasy, begins with the assassination of King Dinh Tien Hoang. Seven warriors are entrusted with a race against time, confronting hostile forces, to transport 100 coffins of the king in seven directions. The mission's purpose is to deceive enemies seeking to desecrate the king's tomb.
