While some enjoyed quiet moments at home or on private trips, others celebrated publicly, performing for audiences or joining street festivities.

Actor couple Truong Giang and Nha Phuong celebrated the first days of 2026 in Da Lat (Lam Dong). They recently finished filming a Lunar New Year movie, "Nha ba toi co mot phong", set to premiere for the upcoming Lunar New Year. The couple is eagerly awaiting their third child, due in mid-January. "Nha Phuong and I hold hands tightly, filled with hope for a loving new beginning," Truong Giang said.

Le Phuong's family planned their holiday two months in advance.

The actress and her family counted down to the new year in Da Lat's cool climate. She hopes 2026 brings much prosperity, luck, and peace.

Ho Hoai Anh took his two daughters, Khanh Ha (Mina), aged 15, and Ho Tu Anh (Misu), aged 11, to Shanghai, China, for the new year.

As in previous years, My Tam counted down to the new year with her audience at the Hozo city Tet Fest 2025 show, held on the evening of 31/12/2024 at Saigon Riverside Park. The event attracted tens of thousands of viewers. She mentioned having a brilliant and fulfilling 365 days in the past year, successfully completing two major projects: producing the film "Tai cung Mai Tai Phen" with Mai Tai Phen, and holding a concert for 40,000 people at My Dinh Stadium in Ha Noi.
