"Hello, Mr. Singer" is a reality show where singers hone their vocal, performance, dance, and songwriting skills to become well-rounded artists. They form groups and perform on stage, with the studio audience voting each week.
The first season was a success, with all 14 episodes garnering millions of views and several performances trending on YouTube and TikTok. Stars emerged from the finale, including Hieu Thu Hai, Quang Hung MasterD, Hung Huynh, Duong Domic, Hurrykng, Ryhder, and Captain Boy. Established singers like Duc Phuc, Erik, and Isaac also gained new fans.
The show also featured five successful concerts in TP HCM and Hanoi, attracting tens of thousands of attendees and rivaling the popularity of "Overcoming a Thousand Obstacles." Earlier this year, a movie about the show was a box office hit nationwide, earning tens of billions of dong. The show's success led to the creation of a female version, "Hello, Ms. Singer," currently airing its final episodes.
