Shifting focus

How to perform:
Sit upright in a chair. Hold your index finger a few centimeters from your eyes. Focus on your finger. Slowly move your finger away from your face, maintaining focus. Look into the distance for 4-5 seconds. Return your focus to your finger and repeat. Perform this 3-4 times.

How to perform:
