Attracted by claims of losing 7-8 kg if strictly followed, Taiwanese actor Trieu Chinh Binh decided to try the diet. He was hospitalized for emergency treatment during the process. Sharing his experience on the program "11 O'clock hot Shop", the actor admitted that overweight individuals are often swayed by folk remedies and eager to try any method to lose weight.
The actor reported unsettling symptoms on the first day of the diet, which involved eating only eggs and drinking large amounts of water. "Drinking too much water caused me to burp sulfur-smelling gas constantly, which was incredibly uncomfortable", he recalled.
On the second day, the menu consisted solely of liquids. Trieu Chinh Binh found it difficult to drink only plain water, so he consumed various beverages, including sugary and unsweetened drinks, coffee, and chicken essence. By the third day, when he was supposed to eat only meat, his body began to show unusual symptoms.
"When I was taken to the hospital, my limbs were trembling, and I was sweating profusely. My abdomen cramped as if being twisted, accompanied by erratic blood sugar levels and unstable blood oxygen levels", he recounted.
Doctors confirmed this extreme diet severely damaged his health. Faced with a severely damaged digestive system, Trieu Chinh Binh had to abandon the challenge. He admitted he was on the verge of danger before he could achieve his goal of burning excess fat.
