The Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee recently approved the investment policy for the An Nhon Dong General Hospital project. The hospital will be located on Truong Chinh street, An Nhon Dong ward.
The project's total investment is estimated at over 306 billion VND. This includes approximately 295 billion VND for construction and implementation costs, and over 11 billion VND for compensation and site clearance. The investment costs do not account for land use fees or land lease payments.
The new hospital will be built on a 12,400 square meter plot of land, designed to accommodate 80-100 beds. Its structure will comprise approximately 15 above-ground floors and one basement level. The land use plan allocates about 2,400 square meters for examination and treatment facilities, 4,000 square meters for green spaces and landscaping, and 3,000 square meters each for circulation and parking areas.
Under the approved plan, the hospital will feature advanced medical equipment and cultivate a team of skilled doctors. These provisions aim to meet the healthcare needs of local residents.
The project has an operational term of 50 years. Completion is set for no more than 36 months from the effective date of the project implementation contract or from when the investor is recognized as the project owner. Once operational, the hospital is expected to enhance healthcare capacity in the An Nhon Dong area, offering residents an additional option for medical care.
